the 6th piece, is too large and not level with 4th and 5th, which is not good for separating are on,

P1050293 P1050294

the final piece on top is a bit large and flatten

and take out the board in the bottom, let it dry.

P1050306 P1050307

beginning to separate it, try to take the clay out, but that’s too tight

P1050308 P1050309 P1050310

after a long time using a saw to cut the edge, first part come off~

P1050311 P1050312 P1050313

keep cutting, hard work due to the lack of polishing each pieces surface!!!

P1050314 P1050315 P1050316 P1050317 P1050318 P1050319

finally done with some unexpected separate part, using rubber band to hold it, hope it’s fine

wash with brush:

some improvement for next time:

1) use cooking spray on the surface of the model, or hair spray, just a layer

2) use thin and smooth sheet inserted into the mould, as seen on youtube, to make a better mould.

now….too much cracking (plaster not mixing well) and in the process of cutting off the mould…..so that the final piece casted out would need a lots of work to fine tune or sculpt.
